2025全球智能机械与电子产品博览会（AIE）期间在澳门举行的"跨境人工智能与创新交流论坛"，标志着中国、泰国与东盟地区合作深化进入到重要的里程碑阶段。本次论坛由全球智能机械与电子产品博览会主办、泰国电子商务中心与泰国电子商务协会共同承办。论坛汇聚了区域内高级政策制定者、行业领袖、科技创新者及各界代表，共同探讨人工智能与市场前沿趋势如何重塑全球贸易格局、数字生态系统及跨境合作。

The AIE 2025 Cross-Border AI & Innovation Exchange, held in Macao during the Global AI Expo, marked a significant milestone in strengthening collaboration between Thailand, China, and the ASEAN region. Organized by TeC Thailand e-Business Center—Thailand’s authorized country partner for the Global AI Expo and the official startup incubator appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation—together with the Thai E-Commerce Association (THECA), the forum brought together senior policymakers,industry leaders, technology innovators, and delegates from across the region to discuss how AI and market analytics are reshaping global trade, digital ecosystems, and cross-border cooperation.

泰国数字经济促进局副局长Suchana Sinthavathavorn女士在开幕主旨演讲中强调，人工智能的研发与应用必须成为包容性与长期韧性的助推力。她指出："人工智能如今已成为经济韧性与社会包容的关键催化剂。东盟与中国要协同前行，就必须确保数字化转型赋能中小企业、提升人力资本，并将发展机遇拓展至主要城市与大企业之外。"借鉴泰国国家数字战略，她重点阐述了基础设施准备、数据治理、人力资源发展以及包容性政策工具的重要性，这些要素能使大型企业与乡村社区共同受益于数字化转型。

In her opening keynote, Miss Suchana Sinthavathavorn, Vice President of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), emphasized that AI must be developed and deployed as a catalyst for inclusion and long-term resilience. “AI is now a catalyst for economic resilience and social inclusion. For ASEAN and China to advance together, we must ensure that digital transformation empowers SMEs, enhances human capability, and expands opportunities beyond major cities and large corporations,” she stated. Drawing from Thailand’s national digital strategy, she highlighted the importance of infrastructure readiness, data governance, human capital development, and inclusive policy tools that enable both large enterprises and rural communities to benefit from digital transformation.

作为AIE博览会泰国官方合作伙伴代表，泰国电子商务中心首席执行官兼联合创始人、泰国电子商务协会主席Kulthirath Pakawachkrilers女士对出席本届展览的150余位代表及40多个泰国与东盟品牌表示欢迎。她表示："今日之会不仅是一场论坛，更是各国、创新者与远见者携手谱写AI驱动增长新篇章的汇聚时刻。泰国与东盟已做好准备，与中国深化协作，共同构建区域共享价值、共享知识与共享机遇。"她诚邀所有与会者前往泰国展区参观，该展区与全球领先科技企业交相辉映，集中展示了泰国及东盟企业的新兴创新成果。

Representing Thailand’s role as an official partner of the expo, Ms. Kulthirath Pakawachkrilers, CEO and Co-Founder of TeC Thailand e-Business Center Co., Ltd. and President of THECA, welcomed more than 150 delegates and over 40 Thai–ASEAN brands who joined this year’s exhibition. She remarked: “Today is not just a conference, it is a convergence of nations, innovators, and visionaries shaping the next chapter of AI-driven growth. Thailand and ASEAN stand ready to collaborate deeply with China to build shared value, shared knowledge, and shared opportunities for the region.” She encouraged all participants to visit the Thailand Pavilion in Hall A, situated alongside leading global technology companies, to explore emerging innovations from Thai and ASEAN enterprises.

论坛期间，来自泰国、印尼与中国的演讲嘉宾就人工智能准备度、区域数据基础设施及新兴跨境商业模式的关键作用分享了前瞻性见解。MFEC、KBTG和NECTEC强调，成功的人工智能转型依赖于坚实的基础要素——清洁且受管控的数据管道、安全可扩展的数字基础设施、稳健的AI监控与治理体系，以及持续的员工技能提升。来自印尼KORIKA的洞察进一步印证了中国与东盟日益增强的相互依存关系，指出整合的供应链、数字平台及AI赋能的贸易分析将加速经济合作，重塑区域竞争力

Throughout the forum, speakers from Thailand, Indonesia, and China shared forward-looking perspectives on the vital role of AI readiness, regional data infrastructure, and emerging cross-border business models. MFEC, KBTG, and NECTEC emphasized that successful AI transformation relies on strong foundational elements—clean and governed data pipelines, secure and scalable digital infrastructure, robust AI monitoring and governance systems, and continuous upskilling of the workforce. Indonesian insights from KORIKA reinforced the increasing interdependence between China and ASEAN, noting that integrated supply chains, digital platforms, and AI-enabled trade analytics will accelerate economic cooperation and reshape regional competitiveness.

来自多元行业的领军企业进一步丰富了话题的讨论深度。APTIVAA展示了AI驱动风险分析及符合伊斯兰教法的金融科技解决方案的最新进展，这些成果有力提升了普惠金融的覆盖范围。Bitkub强调了区块链与数字资产在增强数字经济跨境信任与互操作性方面的作用。包括Yell International与Techsauce在内的创意与媒体创新者，则呈现了超本地化生成式AI的实际应用案例，演示了创意自动化、快速原型设计及文化适配内容如何变革广告工作流程，并助力中小企业以前所未有的速度拓展多元市场。

Industry leaders across diverse sectors further enriched the discussion. APTIVAA highlighted advancements in AI-driven risk analytics and Shariah-compliant fintech solutions that enhance financial inclusion for underserved segments. Bitkub underscored the role of blockchain and digital assets in strengthening cross-border trust and interoperability within the digital economy. Creative and media innovators — including Yell International and Techsauce — demonstrated real-world applications of hyper-localized generative AI, showcasing how creative automation, rapid prototyping, and culturally adaptive content are transforming advertising workflows and enabling SMEs to scale across multiple markets with unprecedented speed.

本次活动成功达成了加强高层对话、促进跨境商业对接、确立泰国及东盟作为AI创新与数字贸易新兴枢纽的目标。它不仅有效拓宽了企业、政策制定者与技术提供商之间的协作通道，同时有力彰显了泰国国家数字倡议及其深化区域合作的准备度。

The event ultimately achieved its objective of strengthening high-level dialogue, enabling cross-border business matching, and positioning Thailand and ASEAN as emerging hubs for AI innovation and digital trade. It successfully expanded collaboration pathways among enterprises, policymakers, and technology providers while amplifying Thailand’s national digital initiatives and its readiness for deeper regional partnerships.

As the forum concluded, TeC and THECA reaffirmed their commitment to advancing multi-country cooperation with partners across China and ASEAN. The organizers also expressed sincere appreciation to the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC), depa under Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and all participating institutions for their support. They emphasized that platforms like the Global AI Expo play a pivotal role in shaping a shared technological future—one in which AI drives not only economic advancement but also inclusive, equitable, and sustainable growth for communities across Asia.
